I can know and consent with that mobile phones should be converted off within the educational setting but why increase this concept for the hallways?
To me this doesn't appear sensible. Of course if learners are screaming on their mobile phones in the lounge then they need to overall slow it down a little but I do not believe prohibiting mobile phones absolutely in halls is the response.
